Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking conditions and cancellation policy

General

Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge.
Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival.
If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking.

Peak Periods

21st September to 7th October 2018
21st December 2018 to 13th January 2019
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Payment for accommodation will be charged on the 30th day PRIOR to arrival.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. 

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

Please advise reception if ETA is after office hours. A Late check outs maybe available (Fees may apply).

PLEASE NOTE: All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. 

Booking Requests: 

Where possible management will allocate booking requests, unless where circumstances beyond our control prevent this.
