BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TARIFFS: Tariffs include
linen and are subject to change without notice. When a
booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the
tariff quoted will be honoured.
DEPOSITS: To confirm
a booking a deposit is required within 7 days. Cheques
will be accepted for deposits only.
REFUND: If a booking
is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless
and until the apartment is relet for the total period
of the proposed occupancy. A cancellation will attract
a $50 administration fee.
PAYMENT: Balance of
account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a
refund. Payments may be made by cash, ETFPOS,
Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard. Proof of identification
is required.
CHECK IN: After 1.00pm
CHECK OUT: Before 10.00am
Late check outs available for a fee.
UNIT ALLOCATION: Where
possible management will allocate requested apartment.
When circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an
alternative apartment will be allocated.
Cots and high chairs are available for
hire.
